Defective Products

SWEDEHEARTS SHOP offer free standard ground shipping on orders over $150 that are shipped within the United States. All other orders will be charged a $30 shipping fee as these are fragile items and requires gentle handling.
Item Availability
All products are made to order, meaning it will go into production right after you place the order. It will take 2 - 3 days for production.
For orders of more than 6 items - production might take longer.

Post-Delivery Instructions
The recipient must open and inspect the product immediately upon arrival. Should you find any issues upon delivery, please contact us at swedehearts.shop@gmail.com for assistance. Any claims for damages must be reported within 2 business days to qualify to get a new one shipped to you and/or credit adjustment. For the proper handling of any issues that may arise, please take pictures and keep all boxes and packing materials until the product is confirmed to be in good working order.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted, or redirected. Please do not refuse the delivery of any non-damaged shipment as this may result in additional return shipping fees.
